Trace view not accessible anymore with 26.7.1 update (from 26.6.0)

When I try to click a trace id from an issue I got this exception: "You don't have access to this feature"

we have no custom settings like our own feature list.

Don't know whether this is a sentry configuration, sentry self hosted or helm chart issue?!
