After downloading the Sendbird Calls app from the App Store and signing in, you should normally receive a push notification when a call is made from another device.
However, in some cases, you may not receive the push notification for an incoming call and therefore be unable to answer it.
If you are experiencing issues receiving push notifications, please follow the steps below:
1. Enable Push Notifications in the Dashboard
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Chat > Push notifications and enable Push notifications. There is no need to register a separate APNs certificate specifically for the Sendbird Calls app.
2. Sign Out and Sign In to the Sendbird Calls App
In the Sendbird Calls app, go to Settings > Sign out, then sign back in using either a QR Code or an ID. This process registers the push token.
Now, when a call is made from another device, you should be able to receive the push notification for the incoming call.
