Issue attempting to upgrade to PRO and to add a runner server

I recently added PRO trial for semaphore. I am having trouble activating a runner.

I had semaphore installed and running without issue.

I downloaded the semaphore PRO tarball without issue. I used version 2.15.

I extracted that tarball in my home directory and then moved it to /usr/bin.

After restarting semaphore application through command line (service is no longer working), the web page allowed me to add the PRO license.

I restarted semaphore after adding the license but there is still a warning in the GUI about needing PRO to use runners.

Despite this warning I created and registered a runner server with my semaphore server. There were no issues and the runner server received a token.

There is no sign that the runner is available to me.

Any help in getting this running is appreciated?
