Feature Request: Allow Branch Override When Running a Template

First off, I want to say how much I appreciate the Semaphore UI — it's a fantastic product, and we're currently in the process of migrating from AAP2.

One feature we heavily relied on in AAP2 was the ability to specify the Git branch at the time of running a job template. This allowed users to override the default branch set for a project. It was extremely useful in scenarios like testing changes on feature branches before merging to main.

Use case:

• A developer creates changes on a feature branch (e.g., new-config) and pushes it to the server.
• When launching the playbook template, they specify this branch.
• If any issues arise, we can quickly roll back by rerunning the template with the original, stable branch.

This workflow has been critical for safe testing and fast recovery. Adding this feature in Semaphore would improve flexibility and reduce risk during configuration rollouts.

Benefits:

• Enables better test/dev workflows without modifying project settings.
• Reduces friction in CI/CD pipelines for Ansible-based automation.
• Provides a quick rollback path in case of misconfiguration or failure.

Would love to see this considered for a future release — it would make an already great product even more powerful.
