Possable to use Survey Variables to enter host IP and SSH info?

Hi there,
I'm new to Ansible and Semaphore and can't seem to find a clear answer.

My nodes and host need a SSH key to connect to.
I have a playbook to deploy the authorized_keys and a keys sync script, and planning to add a part so disallow password login all together.

I would like to deploy this playbook to a host by entering its IP, SSH username and password.
Could I do this by using the Survey Variables?
And if not, is this option maybe planned by any chance?
