Easy Stretch - Free Stretching App

A simple, user-friendly stretching app designed specifically for elderly users. This app provides easy-to-follow stretching routines for different body areas with large, readable text and simple navigation.

Choose from 5 different body areas:

  • Neck & Shoulders - Relieve tension and improve mobility
  • Back - Strengthen and stretch your back muscles
  • Legs & Hips - Improve flexibility and reduce stiffness
  • Arms & Wrists - Combat repetitive strain and improve circulation
  • Full Body - Complete stretching routine for overall wellness

⏱️ Multiple Routine Lengths

Each body area offers 3 different routine lengths:

  • Quick Relief (5 minutes) - Perfect for busy schedules
  • Standard Routine (10 minutes) - Balanced stretching session
  • Extended Routine (15 minutes) - Comprehensive stretching program

  • Large, easy-to-read text (minimum 1.2rem font size)

How to Use

  1. Open the app in any web browser
  2. Choose a body area you want to stretch
