What is new & Notes

• Manifold generation for AABBs.
• Radix sort is no longer a reliable choice and has been replaced with qsort.
• 'max_raycast_result_count' has been removed from settings. No special actions are required. All results now belong to the 'max_query_result_count' array.
• The dynamic tree core has been updated to the latest version from the Box2D repo.
• Added an option to get the world position for game object updates.
• dmTime::GetTime() has been replaced with dmTime::GetMonotonicTime().
• Default examples are updated.

BREAKING!!

dmTime::GetMonotonicTime() was introduced in Defold 1.9.6. It may no longer be possible to use Defold versions prior to 1.9.6 with DAABBCC v3.0.1.
