[Bug] Automatically remove the previous installer on Windows release

When a user install the newest release on Windows, he/she saw that v0.0.14 version can co-exist with 0.0.2 version.

This is was due that the NSIS script did'nt removed any trace of previous registry keys. Since the previous version generated ones with electron-builder, maybe the keys differ with the current version.
