How to implement this plugin?

Hi

Though this is not an official plugin, it works in the same way as other gstreamer plugins. If you want to know configuration p ppl parameters or input/output format, please use gst-inspect-1.0 command on your machine. It will give you guide for configuration in gstreamer level.

If you need to implement image manipulation other than mosaic, please read around line 478 in gstobjectsmosaic.cpp. There, I implemented initialization of OpenCV GpuMat. I think you can add any OpenCV operation by using yhe GpuMat.

Note: As I no longer work on Jetson projects, I'm not sure whether this plugin is compatible with latest version of DeepStream.
