Ghelper Lighting "extras" issue

I have a new ROG strix ( G614PR ) and using Ghelper I am getting erratic behavior with the lighting controls. All settings in the extras work maybe 10% of the time, im unsure if something is overriding these controls, but I am trying to turn my case light off ( light strip on the front of the PC ) and sometimes it turns off most of the time it does not. Also when this is happening the other RGB options are not working but I can change color. Reboot does not fix this issue. Hoping Seerge can help.

• No asus software installed
• windows dynamic lighting turned off

I'm not able to diagnose it remotely :)

1. Upload log from %appdata%\GHelper
2. Check windows Task Manager for any processes containing "asus" or "armoury" in name
3. Did you uninstall AC using official dedicated uninstaller tool ?
4. Did you stop all asus services from Extra?

Hey Seerge thanks for the reply, I've uploaded the log and a screen shot of asus processes running the only asus apps I've got left are from what I understand are essential. AD was removed with their uninstaller and Im showing 0 processes running right now.

Do you have any other asus processes ? cause it could be some AC leftover, like Lighting Service or so - that is actually sets backlights for it.

What are you actually trying to do ? You seem to be unplugged (on battery), so for that case if you want to turn OFF each backlight zone - you should uncheck Battery checkbox for it (as Awake would affect default plugged in state)
