Migrating from vercel to cloudflare

After #261 gets merged, the only things that are missing are:
1. Removal of vercel's configurations (vercel.json, vercel_build.sh, etc)
2. Removing VERCEL_GIT_COMMIT_REF, and adding CF_PAGES_BRANCH (this is to be able to provide context, and differentiate main from develop)
