Templates within Frameworks #208
Description
Open issue to consider the best approach for handling templates within frameworks. Right now it's a mixed bag - I had Dickson make a google drive for the safe harbor templates which I think works well (easy to clone & update), but I'm not a huge fan of having multiple platforms. Markdown is good (and it is supported by google drive imports), but it's a little higher friction.
