Feature: Tags/ tag-blocking

Sorry not sure how you guys feel about feature requests

This doesn't seem like it be too hard to implement but I admit I have no experience with this kinda stuff so I'm probably pretty far off base.

So what I'm thinking is a rudimentary tagging/tag-blocking system basically people have the option of adding tags to their posts/media (via # or whatever other syntax works in this scenario as I said I dunno) and also an option to set a list of tags where posts with that tag won't be forwarded to them.

Is that at all feasible?

Yes.
It was in fact planned from the beginning but I never got around to it because there wasn't a large demand.
