Description

ctrl-alt-shift-S opens 360 snapshot floater. This steps on the shortcut for pan camera down.

Reproduction steps

1. Press ctrl-alt-shift plus the WASD keys.
2. Verify the camera is panned up, left, down, right.

Observed: Ctrl-alt-shift-S opens 360 snapshot floater.

Expected: Ctrl-alt-shift-S should pan the camera down.

We need to include menu into 'Controls' UI, that should not only let users edit those, but will reveal all existing conflicts as often new menus get added without properly checking for existing keys.
