GLTF Mesh Import: Upload Model floater overlaps Material Upload floater/s

Description

• When selecting a GLTF model to upload, the Upload Material floater is overlapped by the Upload Model floater.
  

• Depending on the size of the viewer window, the Bulk Upload dialog can be completely covered

  In this clip the Bulk Upload floater is seen momentarily until the Upload Model floater updates.

Reproduction steps

• Upload a GLTF model that holds a single material
• Upload a GLTF model that holds more than one material

The --- Bulk Upload All --- option may be better placed at the top of the choices as you have to scroll a long way to get to that (commonly used) option for models with many materials.

Also, if you only wish to select a few (but not one) of the available materials, selecting one and uploading it dismisses the materials uploader. S you cannot choose the second and beyond without restarting the model upload process again. The materials uploader ought to allow multiple materials to be selected or remain available to allow more single materials to be chosen and uploaded until the user no longer requires the materials uploader.

• Allow Bulk Upload to initialise on --- Bulk Upload All --- option #4118
