Setup GitHub Actions

[type-checker]

Set up a CI/CD pipeline to support FreeBSD and other OS architectures, and to keep the repository organized.

Configure GitHub Actions to handle:

• Docker image build and release
• FreeBSD release that outputs the frontend build assets and combined together with backend as a zip file tagged with the release (This will also make the repo clean)
• Integration tests on pull requests and pushes
