Shared Workspace: Is there a way for all users to see and edit all entries?

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you for this great project! I’m using AdventureLog to catalogue all interesting locations in Walt Disney World together with a group of friends. We really enjoy the features and the flexibility.

I have a question regarding multi-user collaboration:
Currently, it seems that each user can only see and edit their own entries, unless an entry is explicitly shared. While sharing individual itineraries or adventures works, we are looking for a way to have a shared workspace where all users can automatically see and edit all entries, without needing to share them one by one.

Is there already a way to enable this kind of shared access for all users?

If not, is this feature on the roadmap or being considered for future development?

Are there any recommended workarounds for teams who want to collaborate on a single, shared set of entries?

Any input or advice from the community would be greatly appreciated!
