Proxy ignored with HTTP3 #2833
Description
On current latest, it seems in all cases, when request version is set to HTTP3 the proxy is entirely ignored.
I have searched docs and it does not seem to mention its excluded. hyperium/h3 states that it infact support CONNECT UDP http3 proxying RFC.
To clarify, Is it not supported or is my usage wrong?
