It would be cool to use the project infrastructure to create a fork and name it mcpman. Providers could distribute mcp servers via mcpman
For example:
mcpman install pgnarchive
pgnarchive is a MCP server that exposes your private Chess PGN games in $HOME/pgnarchive/ to a MCP Client such as Claude Destkop.
For the Java ecosystem, we have experience distributing to SDKMan. There are build plugins which could be tweaked to publish to MCPMan and we could create Mcp servers via Micronaut, Quarkus, Spring and distribute it via mcpman.
