Provide detailed information when clicking map markers #130

Current Behavior
The markers do not handle any event.
Expected Behavior
As a user I would like to be able to see the detailed information about a specific marker when clicking on it.
Possible Solution
A pop up could be displayed when a marker is clicked, and show the fatality details.
