Add "mark incomplete" button to completed tracks

If a user  mistakenly completes a track, there's no way for them to undo it. The user would have to re-create the track from scratch and copy the details of the defunct track, including progress, and then permanently delete the completed track.

It would be nice to have a "mark incomplete" button next to completed tracks to restore that track to active tracks.
