LFortran 0.38 is not yet capable of supporting Fortran Filesystem. There are multiple issues.
compiler_version is not yet supported -- trivial workaround, just disable that function
The C/C++/Fortran interfaces cause ICE on compile--this probably indicates significant issues with LFortran that will take time for Lfortran developers to improve.
