SciPy Latin America 2013-2021 links are not working.
It seems like the https://www.scipy.lat/ domain moved to https://pythoncientifico.ar/ in 2022, but the previous conference data did not transfer.
Since most of the 2013-2021 data are still available on the SciPy Latin America GitHub, shall we replace the invalid links to the GitHub one? https://github.com/scipy-latinamerica
Finally, it's difficult to find any information on ScipyCon Argentina 2013. The closest I discovered is the debrief written by SciPy: https://conference.scipy.org/news/2013/11/05/scipyargentina2013-debrief/
