co_occurrence_network returns Error: `nodes_of_interest` must be a string or vector of strings.

Thank you very much developing phylosmith. It's really useful. :)

I encountered a problem when using co_occurrence_network, which returns "Error: nodes_of_interest must be a string or vector of strings.". From the previous post, I reinstalled phylosmith to the latest update, but the problem still persists in my case. Tried with the GlobalPatterns dataset to no avail. Do you have a suggestion?

Hi! Thanks for posting! You are right, this was the same issue but I missed this fix. If I had done it better the first time I would have got them all at once.. But it should be fixed now if you reinstall. Sorry about that, but thanks again for pointing this out to me!!

Hi there, I am also having the same issue with co_occurrence_network after installing the package today using both GlobalPatterns and my own datasets.

Error: nodes_of_interest must be string values

I am having no issues with other functions.
