Are transfers resilient (resume, block transfers etc)

Hi,

I hope my question is not embarrassingly obvious to answer but I was wondering if PairDrop would be a good fit for my use case. I need to transfer large files (tens of Go) to people that have no computer understanding whatsoever. I see that PairDrop uses P2P but that's not clear to me whether it's just to find the other pair or whether it also uses bittorrent's ability to transfer large files by small bits, making it resilient to interruption, corruption proof and pausing/resuming possible.
