Right-clicking a number input should let a user type a number #89
Description
Right now numeric inputs are either just a slider for floats or a plain increment/decrement for integers. It would be handy to be able to click on the input to get a text box that the user can type a number into. Right now if the value you want is significantly different than the value you've got you're kinda hosed.
