Toolbar UI stuff #86
Description
It would be nice to have a toolbar construct. An obvious place this would be applicable is the "Brush Settings" window .. there's a collection of buttons along the top that kinda resembles a toolbar.
It would be cool if you could specify that you wanted a toolbar specifically that duplicated the specific behavior of those buttons, but got special styling that looked a little nicer.
