In Basic Plan, Members can see no datasets. Consider auto-setting default team in this case

Normally, datasets are not shared with Members unless explicitly selected with team sharing. However, in Basic plan, teams aren’t available. In this case, every orga member should see all datasets. (Possibly by auto-setting the default team for new datasets)

I’m not sure how we can communicate this. It means that the behavior changes when the organization upgrades to a paid plan. Suddenly, nobody can see new datasets unless explicitly allowed.
Any ideas @normanrz @philippotto ?

personally, I'd find it most intuitive if datasets are always shared by default with the "Default" team. I know that some users of on-premise instances don't like this behavior, but maybe we could control this via application.conf for them?

I also think we should always have the "Default" team selected in the upload by default. In Basic plans, this field is disabled, so the Default team cannot be removed. Directory-based import could still import without a team attached.

I meant the directory scan in the file system, what most on-prem users use.
