Make jobs more prominent in UI

Most users don't know much about processing jobs. We should "advertise" these jobs more and make them easy to understand/use.

Ideas:

• Add option to start AI & alignment jobs on upload or after a successful upload
• Add option to start AI analysis from dashboard
  • (Perhaps also new tab in the dataset settings?)
• Add a new "AI" / "Analysis" tab in the right-hand side panel?
• Introduce a new nav bar section "Analysis" that includes "AI models", "Jobs" etc. (Everything that does not really fit in the Admin section and should be available to other use.
