Can't fetch plugin [bintray error] (Maybe temporary?)

Although they said that will keep their repositories as readonly (here https://blog.gradle.org/jcenter-shutdown), the service is giving a 502 error. I'll report for updates during the morning.

It should be considered to move it to maven central, I don't know where to start helping with this but it would be a nice move.
