Kodi (openelec) for rpi2.
Not may uninstall quasar [burst] from addons list, freeze at click on addon name.

And no field for select torrent file or url in add-torrent menu.

This exact thing happened to me on RP3 A+ and I had to actually reinstall the whole OS to get rid of it. You can probably try connecting via ssh to the server and removing /storage/.kodi/plugin.quasar---- and /storage/.kodi/script.quasarburst or whatever the name is
