Challenge 2 - Deploy not deploying Vendor.sol

I came back to this challenge to finish up the approve pattern after a couple of months break. Something was broken when I came back so did fresh clone. Cloning the repo isn't working for me ATM. I'm noticing that yarn deploy isn't deploying the Vendor.sol contract. The "01_deploy_vendor.js" deploys "YourToken". There's no mention of the Vendor contract in this script. Local frontend doesn't load the Vendor UI.

Am I missing something?
