disable dashes when BP_ENABLE_USERNAME_COMPATIBILITY_MODE is true

Hi all,

Thank you for the awesome plugin! I have defined BP_ENABLE_USERNAME_COMPATIBILITY_MODE to true in wp_config.php to allow certain characters in usernames. However, I want to disable dashes in the username changer.

How can I do that?
