[Feature Request] Paragraph to request unbans

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It isn't related to any problem, I just think it would a good idea to add a "Member login and register" to permit the users the possibility to post some unban request or send server bugs.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution would be, add a "Member login" that request steam (To avoid spam accounts) and a "Appeal ban" section.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I know there're other ways to do that without sourcemod, i mean, to do that by myself, but my coding specs aren't perfect, and it will be too difficult for me, and if you add that option, your plugin can be more used and downloaded

Additional context

Not all the people know about html, php, css, php, scripts or javascript, and much less how to use it

For this purposes enough only login. But for what reasons user should register too?

Well, I think you can add a better unban request, I mean, a unban request forum with register-needed, to have more control on everything, I mean, all the unban requests without have to see database or gmail
