Request : Print or export simple list of programmes

Is there any way to print a simple list of programs by status, eg planned, by tagged etc?  Tried exporting but unable to make sense of json output. Love this app, however I have lots of programs planned,  coming up,watching etc (I use tags) and would be great to print a simple list
