Activity "Rating Changed" does not reflect different rating scales

This is very minor but the "Activity feed" does not account for the different rating scales. I am using 0-100 and if I for example change the rating of a movie from 90 to 96 and then back to 93 it only shows "Rating changed to 9" for each, making it impossible to retroactively check how I changed it.
