Word wrap not showing in preview.

The default source code preview frame width must be at least 80 characters. (The same goes for the theme editor.)

A word wrap bug in editor.

Disabled items should appear dimmed. Standard themes are not editable, but the buttons seem enabled. it has a misleading appearance.
