New context switcher plugin, basically it's like nnn

Hi, I wrote this plugin https://github.com/doums/ctx4.xplr

Heavily inspired by nnn, the philosophy remains the same, and that's what motivated me to write it

switching context right away, using the least possible keystroke (= only 1)

so yes I ported nnn context switcher to xplr (and I like it)
