Is it possible to create new sheets from shell commands while already in Visidata?

I know I can already do something like:

vd -f json <(some-shell | one-liner)

But I'm wondering if I can get the same result once I'm already in Visidata?

Sort of like Vim's :r! some-shell | one-liner
