Hi there,
I have a question about clustering. I have attached a photo that is similar to what I am seeing in my UMAPs. One of my clusters is splitting into two clusters that are separated by another distinct cluster. For example, this would be the B cells in the uploaded image that is clustering in multiple places and is separated by the epithelial cells. I have tried changing the resolution and this has not fixed the problem. Even at very low resolutions (0.2), this population is still present and split. I am wondering if there is a way to fix this? As well, is this likely an artifact or could it be biological?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
