Build error for Android 13: Could not find com.commit451:PhotoView:1.2.4.

Hi. I am trying build Apache Cordova app for Android. But this plugin (v 1.3.0) shows this error and I am not able to build my app

Execution failed for task ':app:checkDebugAarMetadata'.

I prepared fork plugin, you can try this:

@raydaryakenar - I am in the process of upgrading to Cordova-cli 12.0 and cordova-android v13.0.0 and though I still have other build errors it seems that @YaroslavG fork has gotten past the photoview:1.2.4 error
