sap_download_media: New wrapper role implementation

Description

Create new role sap_download_media that will act as wrapper around existing modules, providing additional functionality that cannot be achieved with only module.

• Bool variable that enables running sap_launchpad in Virtual Environment, removing changes on managed nodes.
  • example of such code is part of current AP4S PR
• Bool variable that allows for search for latest SAP Software media instead of failing when they are not present
  • Latest packages are not always desired so it would be false.
• Tasks that will create folder based on variable (/software)
• Detect downloaded media and generate list of each product type, that can be consumed by RSYNC in AP4S
