I have tried all the requirements and steps. When i open the server it says 404 not found, and the lichess start cheat doesnt show arrows.

PS: i have put the PATH_TO_STOCKFISH path with the stockfish.exe downloaded from the stockfish website.

There already exists steps that describe how to install and run MeanChess. Make sure you've installed all the libraries necessary and that the Flask server is running on port 5000. I don't have enough information to make anything other than these uneducated guesses. Consider providing more information.
