Run `mingw32-make`

hello. Ihave problem with these two step in your readme.md file:
5) Open a new command window and ensure the current directory is the build folder
6) Run mingw32-make which should be located in the bin directory of where you installed mingw32
where is the "current directory"?
mingw32-make should be run in cmd windows in "current directory"? how it shoud be run?
I runed that with this commond:
mingw32-make.exe
but it didn't work and show this message: "no target specified and no makefile found"

If it is still a problem for you, you probably have to select your build folder directory (where you created a makefile with the CMake) and then type in ming32-make.exe to start the setup. However, I personally got hit with Fortran errors doing that, refer to issue that I compiled.,
