[BUG] Not all errors are added to event table

Bug Report

Description

Sometimes phenix errors will not be inserted into the event table. They are included in error.log.

Steps to Reproduce

1. phenix image buld foo
2. Build fails with an error message saying to check for
3. phenix event show <UUID>

Expected Behavior

phenix event show <UUID> should give more information.

Actual Behavior

phenix event show <UUID> says no such event.

Additional Context

This consistently happens with certain commands. I have not hunted them all down but just making an issue to track this. Not sure if this is fixed in #217
