Scorch unable to execute commands in phenix-built ot-sim VM

This issue appears as a miniccc error related to ufs when running a command using scorch on an ot-sim.qc2 VM built using the default phenix VM builder. Attaching scenario configuration and logs of the error. The command was validated to execute correctly in the VM when manually executed, and when executed using miniccc through the cli interface on the experiment host.

Do other miniccc commands work? I've seen the same error ufs not running in my environment, but miniccc still worked fine and was able to transfer files. It may be a red herring.

@ahasandk does this issue still persist with a more recent ot-sim image?
