perf: Break out of caching loops when all files are complete #175
Description
When using the git_cache servers for the following repositories: dns, linux, vyos, layer2, and ntp. We then performed the repository install for dns. The expected binaries were found, but FIREWHEEL continued to clone the other binary repositories despite the action being complete. It seems reasonable to break out of the cloning loop if we've found all required files.
