Schwarz BC does not work for multiple element blocks #140

Opening this issue just to document things, so we do not forget.
Due to some optimizations to Norma, it is currently not possible to specify a Schwarz BC in the case that there are multiple material blocks requiring transfer of Schwarz BC information. This is relevant for the original version of the bolted joint problem, for example.
