Failing notched-cylinder test in Julia 1.10 Ubuntu CI build

An issue showed up with the new notched-cylinder test in the Julia 1.10 Ubuntu CI build: https://github.com/sandialabs/Norma.jl/actions/runs/15090755493/job/42418959372 . Right away, negative Jacobians are detected and the time-step is cut to the min specified value. This does not happen in any of the other builds including the MacOS Julia 1.10 build. It seems to be a platform-specific thing, therefore.

I closed it by mistake! I don't know what the issue is yet.

I am unable to reproduce this on Ubuntu with Julia 1.10. Not sure what I will try next.
