proxy usage issue #4984

Describe what you noticed and did
we cant use separated proxies ex:
NetworkUseProxy=process.exe,Address=127.0.0.1;Port=any;Auth=No;Bypass=195.44.130.222 NetworkUseProxy=process.exe,Address=127.0.0.1;Port=any;Auth=No;Bypass=147.44.64.196 NetworkUseProxy=process.exe,Address=127.0.0.1;Port=any;Auth=No;Bypass=127.0.0.1
also we cant use two proxies
ex:
NetworkUseProxy=process.exe,Address=127.0.0.1;Port=any;Auth=No;Bypass=195.44.130.222,147.44.64.196,127.0.0.1 NetworkUseProxyDisabled=*,Address=192.44.190.76;Port=666;Auth=Yes;Login=log123;EncryptedPW=K5RwflnNFHFyj/=;Bypass=177.44.148.61,185.44.179.66
here it will ignore the second one ALWAYS, indepent on the proxy ip.
